The premium inbox is always open, but these quick answers may help you hit the donate button with confidence.

Contact premium support

Never. Each crypto donation adds 31 days of Premium on top of any time you already have, and nothing renews automatically. Gumroad subscriptions renew every billing cycle and can be managed from your Gumroad receipt.

Use the email of your SpotMate account so Premium lands on it. If you paid with a different email, contact [email protected] with both addresses and your Donation ID or receipt so we can link them.

They keep everything they already have. Support simply lets us fund premium mirrors without adding ads or selling data.

Enter your email and any amount, then send USDT on the TRON (TRC20) network to the address shown, e.g. by scanning the QR code with Trust Wallet. Once the blockchain confirms it, Premium is activated and you get a confirmation email. We never ask for your seed phrase or private key.

Crypto donations are one-time, so there is nothing to cancel. Gumroad subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your Gumroad receipt link with zero lock-in.
